What MetricMint is
MetricMint is a tool that turns Stripe CSV subscription exports into a monthly metrics report. It calculates MRR, churn, customer counts, and related SaaS metrics. It is not financial advice, accounting software, or a substitute for professional financial services.
Beta disclaimer
MetricMint is currently in beta. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability. We work hard to get the numbers right, but you should verify important business decisions against your own records. We may change features, pricing, or availability during the beta period with reasonable notice.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person, one account. Do not share credentials or create multiple accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time. When you do, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Your data
You own your data. The CSV files you upload and the reports we generate belong to you. We use your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Use MetricMint for legitimate business analytics purposes.
- Do not upload files containing malware, spam, or deliberately malformed data.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the service.
- Do not use automated scripts to abuse the upload or reporting features.
Pricing and payment
MetricMint is free during the beta period. When we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. Early beta users will receive a discounted rate. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
Limitation of liability
MetricMint is provided for informational purposes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the metrics we calculate. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is currently zero during beta).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MetricMint evolves. Meaningful changes will be communicated by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
