Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and a hashed password when you sign up.
• Stripe CSV data: the subscription export files you upload. These contain subscription IDs, plan amounts, and dates — no payment card numbers, bank details, or customer personal information.
• Computed metrics: MRR, churn, customer counts, and other values we calculate from your CSV. These are stored so you can view past reports.

How we use your data

• To generate your Monthly Metrics Pack and let you download reports.
• To send you account-related emails (welcome, password reset, report-ready notifications).
• To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not access your Stripe account directly — you upload a CSV file, and that’s all we see.

Data retention

Uploaded CSV files are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. Your computed metrics and reports are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We follow industry-standard security practices appropriate for the data we handle.

Cookies

MetricMint uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we’ll notify you by email before they take effect.
